WELD NECK FLANGES (Stainless Steel) are engineered for high-pressure, high-temperature, and critical service piping systems. Designed with a tapered hub and full penetration weld bevel, weld neck flanges provide superior mechanical strength, optimal stress distribution, and unmatched reliability in corrosive and demanding industrial environments.
ACE supplies both standard ASME/ANSI B16.5 weld neck flanges and full custom manufacturing, including custom bores, machining, re-facing, offset drilling, cladding, annealing, and precision modifications for engineered system requirements.
Available in: 304/304L, 316/316L, 317, 321, 347, Duplex 2205, Super Duplex, and specialty alloys.
