Overview
PIPE NIPPLES – ACE are manufactured in-house from certified raw pipe stock using precision cutting, threading, chamfering, and deburring processes. ACE’s nipple fabrication line supports stainless steel (304/304L, 316/316L, 317/317H, 321/321H, 347/347H), 2205 duplex, brass, and carbon steel. Each nipple is produced with controlled tolerances, consistent thread engagement, and optional plastic caps for protection.
ACE’s in-house production enables rapid turnaround, engineered-length nipples, and full project labeling/serialization. Ideal for contractors, fabricators, OEMs, and process system integrators who require accuracy, repeatability, and complete documentation.
