SLIP ON FLANGES
Overview
SLIP-ON FLANGES (Stainless Steel) are designed for efficient installation and reliable sealing in low-to-medium pressure stainless steel piping systems. A slip-on flange slides over the pipe and is welded on both the inside and outside, providing a secure structural connection with simplified alignment and lower initial installation cost compared to weld neck flanges.
ACE supplies standard ASME/ANSI B16.5 slip-on flanges as well as full custom manufacturing including custom bore sizes, machining, re-facing, bolt-circle modifications, cladding, polishing, and engineered build-to-print solutions for specialty applications.
Available Alloys: 304/304L, 316/316L, 317, 321, 347, Duplex 2205, Super Duplex, and additional specialty stainless grades.
