Overview
PLATE FLANGES (Stainless Steel) are flat, solid-profile flanges manufactured from stainless plate material and machined to meet project-specific connection requirements. They provide a cost-effective alternative to forged flanges for low-to-medium pressure service, custom dimensions, non-standard drilling patterns, and fabricated system transitions.
ACE produces stainless plate flanges in standard ASME patterns as well as full custom manufacturing including custom bolt-hole configurations, oversized bores, specialty dimensions, surface machining, polishing, and fabrication-ready modifications. Plate flanges are ideal for tanks, manifolds, skid packages, and custom piping assemblies.
Available in: 304/304L, 316/316L, 317, 321, 347, Duplex 2205, Super Duplex, and specialty stainless grades.
