THREADED FLANGES

Overview

THREADED FLANGES (Stainless Steel) are designed for piping systems where welding is impractical, restricted, or undesirable. These flanges feature precision-cut internal NPT or special-thread forms that allow direct connection to externally threaded pipe or nipples, creating a reliable mechanical joint without welding heat input.

ACE provides standard ASME/ANSI B16.5 threaded stainless flanges and full custom machining including re-threading, thread-form modifications, bore adjustments, facing changes, and custom bolt-circle configurations. Ideal for systems requiring fast installation, disassembly, or fire-safe no-weld solutions.

Available in: 304/304L, 316/316L, 317, 321, 347, Duplex 2205, Super Duplex, and specialty stainless alloys.
